Description
Ripe lemons among leaves and golden scrolls on a deep cobalt blue, and above them, like a knotted ribbon, orange ropes modelled by hand and applied one by one before firing. A band of volutes closes the decoration at the base like the frame of a fresco.
A jar to look at before it is a jar to use: by the front door, in a bright corner, next to a fireplace. The raised ropes catch the light differently at every hour of the day.
