A bellied jar with a lid, yellow lemons and a central scroll. Handles applied by hand.
There is only one of this piece. Once it is sold it will not come back: every firing gives a different result.
For information, message us on WhatsAppThe shape of an orcio: a wide belly, a narrow neck, a lid with a knob. The decoration runs all the way round without a break, with a white scroll at the centre left free for a name or a date, if you want one painted in.
The lid is fired together with the body but resting on it, not fitted into it: ceramic shrinks in the kiln, and a lid made to fit tightly comes out no longer fitting at all. The small amount of play you feel when you lift it is deliberate.

Leave an address and the code appears here straight away: no email has to reach you before you can use it. After that I write when new pieces come out of the kiln — each firing brings out only a few, and a one-off piece sells once.
