Plaques, trays and plates painted with a name, a date or a sign. They are agreed in advance with a drawing and a quotation, because once a piece is fired not one letter can be changed.

These are goods made to your own specification: by law the right of withdrawal does not apply, and this is stated before the order, not after. The rest of the conditions are in the Terms.
